Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Magnocode Tech Private Limited (“Magnocode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning Mạghā Astro AI and its website, account experience, and related services. Mạghā Astro AI is a product of Magnocode Tech Private Limited.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement to use Mạghā Astro AI. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You may use Google sign-in to create or access your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any device or session used to access Mạghā Astro AI. You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or allow another person to use your account. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. The service

Mạghā Astro AI provides calculation-first Vedic astrology tools that may include birth and divisional charts, Daśā and transit views, Pañchāṅga, horoscope compatibility, Praśna, AI-assisted reports, and traditional practices or remedies. Available features may change as the service develops.

Calculations and interpretations depend on the information supplied to us, including date, time, place, coordinates, and time zone. Incorrect or incomplete inputs may produce incorrect results. You are responsible for reviewing your inputs before relying on a chart or report.

4. Your information and submitted content

You retain ownership of information and content you submit, including birth details, questions, notes, and preferences. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, process, organise, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service you request.

You must have the necessary rights, consent, or other lawful basis before submitting another person’s birth details or personal information. You may not submit information obtained unlawfully or use the service to profile, harass, discriminate against, or make harmful decisions about another person.

This operational licence ends when the relevant content is deleted, except to the limited extent that protected backups, security records, or legal obligations require temporary retention as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
• interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
• upload malicious code, automate abusive requests, scrape protected content, or overload our systems;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where law expressly permits it;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• use outputs to make unlawful discriminatory, credit, employment, insurance, medical, or other high-impact decisions; or
• resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

6. Astrology and AI disclaimer

Astrological and AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

Do not delay professional help or make urgent, high-impact, or safety-critical decisions solely because of a chart, timing, compatibility result, report, or remedy. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on the information provided by the service.

7. Intellectual property

The service, official Mạghā Astro AI mark, software, interface, design, text, arrangement, and other materials supplied by us are owned by Magnocode Tech Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual- property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms. No other licence is granted by implication or otherwise.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use, disclose, retain, and delete it. By using the service, you acknowledge that we process information as described there.

Google sign-in is provided through Google and may also be subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices. Revoking Google access may prevent future sign-in but does not automatically delete your Mạghā Astro AI account.

9. Availability, changes, and termination

We may maintain, modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service improvement, or operational reasons. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account through the signed-in account-deletion control. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk or harm, or when required by law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law—will survive.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a particular astrological or personal outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnocode Tech Private Limited and its directors, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, profits, goodwill, or anticipated outcomes arising from or related to the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restricts any mandatory consumer rights available to you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute forum available under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. We will publish revised Terms here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use the service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
