Parvata Yoga

Parvata Yoga has two recorded formations: one concerns benefics and the sixth and eighth houses; another joins the Ascendant and twelfth lords through angular placement and benefic aspects. Traditional themes include learning and standing.

How Parvata Yoga forms

The first formulation places benefic planets in kendras from the ascendant. The sixth and eighth houses must be empty or contain benefics only. The absence of malefics in those houses is part of the rule, so a partial chart is insufficient evidence.

The second formulation places the ascendant lord and twelfth lord in mutual kendras, with benefic aspects to both. It is a separate route to the named yoga, not an additional condition to attach to the first.

The Aries example places the Moon in Aries, Jupiter in Cancer, and Mercury and Venus in Capricorn. It separately assumes tithi 11, treating the Moon as waxing; Mercury shares Capricorn with Venus. These are schematic classification inputs. Virgo and Scorpio, the sixth and eighth houses, are empty in the complete illustrative placement list.

Learning, speech and recognition

The traditional account combines learning with oratory and renown. It describes someone whose voice and knowledge carry weight in a community.

Those themes should be read as an interpretation of the specified combination. The source does not establish a modern occupation, level of education or public role.

Resources and civic responsibility

Wealth, charity and the leadership of a town or city appear in the historical description. These images connect material circumstances with a public role.

Checking the entire formation matters more than selecting an attractive result. In the first version, an unshown malefic in the sixth or eighth would change the example; in the second, missing benefic aspects would leave the rule incomplete.

Traditional interpretations are not guaranteed outcomes; consider the whole birth chart.
