Anapha Yoga
Anapha Yoga examines the sign immediately before the Moon's sign. Traditional accounts associate it with capable speech, recognition and material comforts. The catalogue distinguishes the general combination from individual planet-based versions.

How Anapha Yoga forms
Count the Moon's sign as the first. A qualifying planet in the twelfth sign from it forms Anapha. The engine considers Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn; the Sun and the lunar nodes do not qualify for this test.
The twelfth-from-Moon position is not necessarily the twelfth house from the ascendant. Identify the reference before counting. The five planet-specific versions carry different descriptions.
The Moon is in Cancer and Mercury is in Gemini in the example. Gemini is twelfth from Cancer. The North Indian chart is referenced to the Moon, while the South Indian chart retains fixed sign positions.

Speech and capability
The traditional description calls attention to oratory, capability and an agreeable manner. These are broad themes in the general Anapha account.
They do not establish communication skills from a chart alone. The identity and condition of the planet behind the combination remain relevant to interpretation.

Comforts and public regard
Recognition and varied material comforts are also included in the source's portrait. Its royal comparison expresses the esteem attributed to the yoga in traditional language.
The catalogue's planet-specific entries should be read separately. A Mercury example does not demonstrate the results attributed to every other forming planet.
Traditional interpretations are not guaranteed outcomes; consider the whole birth chart.
